Yoga is a perpetual practice in life. The goal is to yoke ones life with their highest potential - cosmic consciousness. The work on the mat helps, to silence ones mind, to sit for extended periods of time and learn to listen to our bodies talk. We are yoga practitioners, classically trained in India.
